How to Report the Fraud
If you have been a victim of Lunar Astro, do not let their threats of black magic or fake police action silence you. You have rights, and there are legal avenues to recover your money.
Step 1: Secure Your Finances
If you paid via credit card or a digital payment gateway, contact your bank immediately. File a Chargeback Dispute under the category of "Services Not Provided" or "Defective Digital Goods." Provide screenshots of your ignored refund requests as evidence.
Step 2: File a Consumer Complaint
Do not rely on Lunar Astro's fake refund policies. Go directly to the authorities.
- Visit the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) INGRAM portal (consumerhelpline.gov.in).
- File a formal grievance against Lunar Astro for "Unfair Trade Practices," "False Advertising," and "Denial of Refund."
Step 3: Report Cyber Harassment and Extortion
If anyone from Lunar Astro threatens you with black magic, curses, or fake police action to force you to remove a review, this is a criminal offense.
- Go to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
- File a report for Cyber Bullying, Intimidation, and Extortion.
- Keep all call recordings, WhatsApp messages, and emails as evidence. Do not delete anything.
Remember: Their threats of black magic are empty. Their threats of "Cyber Cell tracking" for writing a review are lies. Stand your ground, report the fraud, and help protect others from falling into the same trap.
